Associate
Actuary
Keith
A. Jorgensen ASA, MAAA, joined the firm
of William M. Buchanan & Associates in May
of 1997 as Associate Actuary. Keith became a charter
employee of Hause Actuarial Solutions, Inc. on
its inception date of January 1, 2002.
Keith
has been an Associate of the Society of Actuaries
since 1989 and has been a member of the Academy
since 1990.
He
earned a Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Speech Communications
and Human Relations at the University of Kansas
in 1971, and continued on with Math courses at
the University of Missouri, Kansas City, from
1977 to 1981.

| Prior
to joining our firm, Keith was employed with the Pyramid
Life Insurance Company in Shawnee Mission, Kansas for
24 years.
Keith's
responsibilites with Pyramid included preparation of
Life and A&H Statutory and GAAP Monthly Valuation,
Annual Statement, and Federal Income Taxes; and preparing
the actuarial portions of Pyramid's Annual Statements
and Federal Income Taxes. In the past he was responsible
for the development and filing of A&H rate increases
and the development of A&H Claim Liability and Reserve
balances. He has also overseen Reinsurance reporting
and administration.
At
Hause Actuarial Solutions, Inc., he has worked on projects
dealing with Illustration Software, monitor Interest
Rates for Dynamic Valuation Interest Rate report, Credit
A&H Claim Liability and Reserve Balances, Universal
Life reserves, the Actuarial portions of Annual Statements
and Company Appraisals.

Director
of MIS
John
P. Miller, joined the firm of William
M. Buchanan & Associates in December 1998,
as the Director of MIS. John became a charter
employee of Hause Actuarial Solutions, Inc. on
its inception date of January 1, 2002.
He
earned a Associate's degree in Data Processing,
from Seward County Community College in 1987;
and a Bachelor's Degree in CS/CIS from Ottawa
University in 1989.
John
has over 10 years experience in many areas of
the computer technology field, including computer
operator, technician, programmer, analyst, tester,
and project lead. This all encompassing knowledge,
of all aspects of computer technology, brings
quality software from a coding and end-user standpoint.

is Microsoft certified in Access, and Visual Basic.
In addition to his certifications, he is a three time
published writer in the magazine Access/Visual Basic
Advisor. |

Compliance
Specialist
Rose
M. Leiter, FLMI, AIRC, ACS, CSF, ASF,
joined the firm of William M. Buchanan & Associates
in September 2000. Rose became a charter employee
of Hause Actuarial Solutions, Inc. on its inception
date of
January 1, 2002.
She
earned an Associate's degree in Administrative
Support Management from Johnson County Community
College in 1983.
Rose
has over 17 years experience in the insurance
industry including policy form drafting, policy
form filing, researching various compliance matters,
new business administration, policy issue, customer
service and various administrative support functions.

Prior
to joining our firm, she was an Associate Consultant
and Filing Unit Leader with First Consulting & Administration,
Inc. in Kansas City, Missouri for over three years.
Prior to this, she was Forms Compliance Specialist,
Administrative Assistant to the Senior Vice President-Actuary,
and Life Administrator with Individual Assurance Company
in Kansas City, Missouri for 10 years.
Rose's
knowledge of many functions of the insurance business
brings usability and expansion to the projects we undertake. |
